August 28th, 2025
Day 1
Registration, Welcome Speech, Vendor Shop
Day one is all about arrivals and preparation. Guests and vendors will begin arriving, with vendor setup, registration, and a welcome speech scheduled throughout the day.
That evening, we’re hosting a champagne sip & mingle exclusively for our vendors — a relaxed way to connect before the event officially kicks off early on the 29th.

Day 2
Masterclass Workshops, Semi-Final Competition on Latex, Judge & Speaker Dinner
Day two will be a full day of hands-on workshops, each running two hours long. Immediately following each workshop, we’ll hold the semi-final rounds on latex for that specific category. This format will continue throughout the entire day, keeping the energy and focus flowing.
That evening is a free night for attendees to relax and explore the city.
Meanwhile, we’ll be hosting an exclusive dinner for judges and speakers only — a private, elegant evening to connect and unwind.

Day 3
Masterclass Workshops, Semi-Final Competition on Latex, Gala Ceremony
Day three will mirror day two with another full schedule of workshop speakers and semi-final rounds
on latex for each category. That evening, we'll host our Masquerade Gala which is a unforgettable night
of celebration, creativity, and elegance.
Experience an extravagant Masquerade Gala in the heart of Times Square where 2 individuals will be awarded CASH for the best costume & most creative mask!

Day 4
The Final Competition on Live Skin, Live Demo Speakers, & The Grand Award Ceremony
The pressure rises as the finalists compete on live models, showcasing their ability to create flawless, transformative results in real time. Judges will evaluate artistry, technique, and overall execution to determine the best in each category. This exclusive evening is a celebration of artistry and achievement, complete with an award ceremony honoring the top competitors

Adding to the excitement, 2 lucky competitors who enter the raffle dinner giveaway, will randomly drawn from each category—will win a once-in-a-lifetime VIP experience, which includes:

The Grand Prize – A Trip to Milan, Italy!
The winners from each category will receive the grand prize: an all-expenses-paid flight to Milan, Italy, where they will compete in the Queen’s Night World Final at the end of September. There, they will go head-to-head with the best artists from around the globe for the ultimate title in paramedical and cosmetic tattooing.

Before competing on live models, participants will first showcase their skills on latex, this semi-final round allows judges to assess:
- Precision, Technique, Color blending, Symmetry, Overall artistry & Execution
+ Live Model Demonstrations & Final Competition
The competitors will take their artistry to the ultimate test, performing their PMU skills on live models in front of a prestigious panel of international judges. This is where competitors truly shine, demonstrating their mastery:

- JUNIOR LEVEL: 3 years and less experience

The best of the best from Queen's Night Worldwide will receive the ultimate honor- an invitation to compete in the World Final in Milan, Italy, at the end of September. Due to the nature of event planning, production, and coordination, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

The Queen's Night has a policy of no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a purchase has been completed
Changes in personal schedule or availability
Venue changes
Travel delays or cancellations
Unforeseen personal or professional obligations
Failure to attend the event for any reason
This policy is in alignment with industry-standard practices for events and competitions, both nationally and internationally. Your payment is used immediately toward non-refundable expenses such as venue bookings, promotional materials, staffing, production, and other essential planning logistics.
